Description
Drawing in early education and care is part of the natural landscape of child development.
Why is drawing so valuable in children? Caregivers may schedule drawing to fill part of a child’s daily schedule, but what most educators and caregivers discover is that drawing is much more than a simple activity. Drawing is a way for children to do many important things: convey ideas, express feelings, use their senses, explore color, explore processes and results, and create aesthetic works and experiences.
This is also true for many children with autism. Drawings of children with autism disorder are a way to enter and know their different worlds.
Autistic children open a door for us to their world with their drawings so that we can know and understand them better.
Now we at Friend of Autism have decided to make the drawings of children with autism disorder available to you so that you can take home their joy of life.
The cost of goods sold will only be used for the education of autistic children in the Friend of Autism charity.
